Sophia Teo
Sophia Teo has more than 35 years of experience in providing services to various types of clients on corporate secretarial matters. She has a wide range of knowledge and specialises in Allotment of Share, Dividend and Warrant, liquidation and striking off Company and special assignments. She also providing advisory services to newly incorporated companies on regulatory compliance with the Companies Act of 2016. She also lead the Company Secretary Team to deliver the best quality services to our client on a timely manner.

Teo Yeling
Teo Yeling has a vast experience in accounting, audit and tax matters which she accumulated over 15 years of combined working experiences in accounting and finance field. She began her career with KPMG Kuala Lumpur in Assurance Division and subsequently involved in pre-deal evaluations and special audits for merger and acquisition exercises during her service period as Advisory-Transaction Services Division. She was also seconded to KPMG Indonesia under its Assurance Division which involved her in the various audit assignments for clients involved in the energy, natural resources, and automotive industries. She was promoted to Audit Manager and was responsible for managing a portfolio of clientele, supervising audit as well as overseeing audit assignments prior to joining OK Yau & HowYong PLT for a managerial position. In addition, she has also assisted a group of companies on the process of Initial Public Offering (IPO) as Chief Financial Controller (CFO) and is responsible in the overall financial and accounting function of the listed company.
